4 mile trianging run in the morning and a 2X800, 400, 200, speed workout after school. With a mile warm up and a mile cool down. my times were 800: 2:18 400: :62 200: :28 800: 2:17 400: :61 200: :27. Was a little off my times I wanted to hit, but ran in my trainers and they needed to be replaced so was feeling pain from old shoes.
