Easy 3.02 mile run this morning at a 7:06 pace.
Afternoon workout was supposed to be a 600 400 200 goal pace interval workout. However I wasn't hitting the times I wanted by a few seconds. The weather was cold and windy and forgot my tights at home so wasn't very warm during workout, some spots of the track were also very icy and would slip every once in a while and would have to slow down. However I ended up doing an extra 200 at the end because I had not hit my time I was supposed to in the interval before. I did a mile and a half warm up and a two mile easy/recovory run after, with streching and core work. My times ended up as...600: 1:31 400: 60 200: :28 200: 27
